Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) – MAN 3 Sleman held a coordination meeting to finalize preparations for Batch II of the Madrasah Student Admission (PMBM) – Regular Track on Tuesday (June 9, 2026) at 1:00 PM in the AVA Room. The meeting was opened by the Principal of MAN 3 Sleman, Singgih Sampurno, and led by the Vice Principal for Student Affairs, Siti Mutmainah, accompanied by PMBM Secretary Sulhiyatun Wahidah.
In his opening remarks, Singgih Sampurno emphasized the importance of readiness and coordination among all committee members ahead of the implementation of the admission process. He noted that Batch II serves as the final phase of student admission for the 2026/2027 academic year and will take place simultaneously with admissions for senior high schools and vocational schools across the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
He encouraged the committee to ensure that every stage of the process is well prepared so that prospective students and parents receive clear information and quality service throughout the registration period.
During the meeting, participants discussed several technical aspects of implementation, including the admission timeline, committee responsibilities, and strategies to improve public information services. The committee also reviewed common questions frequently raised by applicants and parents, covering administrative requirements, registration procedures, selection mechanisms, and the announcement schedule.
In her remarks, Siti Mutmainah highlighted the importance of maintaining a shared understanding among all committee members to ensure that information delivered to prospective students and parents remains accurate, consistent, and accessible.
She stated that effective coordination would help create a smoother admission process and provide better support for the community throughout the registration period.
Through this coordination meeting, MAN 3 Sleman reaffirmed its commitment to conducting the PMBM Batch II Regular Track in a professional, transparent, and accountable manner. The school hopes that thorough preparation at this final stage will support a smooth admission process and attract outstanding students to become part of Madrasah Para Juara (The Madrasah of Champions).
