Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) – The MAN 3 Sleman Integrity Zone (ZI) Team held its 2026/2027 coordination meeting in the Mayoga Library Reading Room on Friday, July 10, 2026. The meeting focused on reviewing previous initiatives and developing strategic priorities to strengthen the madrasah’s ongoing institutional reform.
In his address, Principal Singgih Sampurno encouraged the team to use previous evaluations as a foundation for continuous improvement. He emphasized that the results of the latest Internal Assessment Team (TPI) evaluation should serve as valuable guidance in identifying areas that still require further development.
“The lessons from previous years should encourage us to reflect and improve. The latest TPI evaluation provides a clear picture of the areas that still need our attention. Achieving the Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM) designations would certainly be an achievement, but what matters most is the strong work culture and shared commitment we build together,” he said.

Singgih added that the Integrity Zone initiative should not be driven solely by the pursuit of formal recognition. Its broader purpose is to create meaningful and sustainable improvements in the madrasah’s work culture.
“Every year should bring visible and meaningful progress. Each program must be evaluated and demonstrate a clear impact on service quality and institutional performance. We must continue moving forward and developing more focused and relevant innovations,” he added.

Meanwhile, Sri Wulandari, Chairperson of the MAN 3 Sleman Integrity Zone Team, presented the team’s 2026/2027 program timeline and highlighted several findings from the previous TPI evaluation. Areas identified for further improvement included developing innovations that more effectively address key institutional challenges, strengthening the ZI slogan as part of the organizational culture, and empowering change agents to take a more active role in driving transformation across the madrasah.
Through this coordination meeting, the MAN 3 Sleman Integrity Zone Team aims to strengthen collaboration and foster a professional, transparent, accountable, and service-oriented work culture throughout the madrasah. (its)
