Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — In an effort to enhance professionalism and administrative discipline among civil servants, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Sleman conducted a technical coordination meeting on the preparation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) through the E-Kinerja portal on Monday (April 6, 2026).
Held in the computer laboratory, the activity was attended by all teachers and administrative staff of MAN 3 Sleman. This agenda is considered crucial given the importance of accurately and timely integrating teacher performance data into the national digital system.

The coordination session was led directly by the Vice Principal for Curriculum, Nurudin Mahmud, who emphasized that completing the SKP through the E-Kinerja portal is not merely an administrative obligation, but a reflection of teachers’ dedication in carrying out their core educational responsibilities.
Through this technical guidance, it is expected that all teachers and staff will no longer encounter difficulties in operating the E-Kinerja system. All civil servants are targeted to complete their reports independently and efficiently, thereby supporting MAN 3 Sleman in achieving an excellent organizational performance rating in 2026.
This initiative highlights the madrasah’s commitment to adapting to digital governance while maintaining high standards of accountability and professionalism in education. (est)
