Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — On Tuesday (February 2, 2026), around 70 student council members known as Haiatut Thullab wal Tholibat (HTT) from MA Sunan Pandanaran conducted a comparative study visit to MAN 3 Sleman. The program served as a learning forum and a means of strengthening ties between student organizations, aiming to broaden organizational insight and leadership networks.
The delegation from MA Sunan Pandanaran was led by the Head of Madrasah, Ili Rohili, M.Pd., accompanied by the Vice Principal for Student Affairs, Vice Principal for Public Relations, and the Organizational Coordinator. They were warmly welcomed at the AVA Room of MAN 3 Sleman by the Head of MAN 3 Sleman, Singgih Sampurno, S.Pd., M.A., Vice Principal for Student Affairs Siti Mutmainah, S.Pd., Vice Principal for Public Relations Isni Kurnia Romadhoni, S.Pd., M.Sc., student affairs staff, and members of DEWA Mayoga (the MAN 3 Sleman student council) along with division leaders.

The event began with welcoming remarks from both principals. In his speech, Ili Rohili emphasized the value of experiential learning.
“This comparative study is not merely a visit, but an opportunity for students to learn directly from organizational experiences in other madrasahs. We hope HTT members bring home fresh inspiration to implement at MA Sunan Pandanaran,” he said.
Meanwhile, Singgih Sampurno highlighted the importance of inter-school collaboration.
“We are delighted to welcome our colleagues from MA Sunan Pandanaran. May this visit mark the beginning of closer cooperation and mutual learning between our madrasahs,” he stated.
A presentation on student affairs was delivered by Siti Mutmainah, followed by an introduction to DEWA Mayoga’s organizational structure and programs. The agenda continued with interactive discussions on organizational management strategies, program innovation, and common challenges faced by student leaders. A sharing session among executive board members further strengthened leadership networking.

Vice Principal for Public Relations Isni Kurnia Romadhoni noted that the program allowed both institutions to exchange best practices. She expressed hope that HTT MA Sunan Pandanaran could adopt positive practices from MAN 3 Sleman, while DEWA Mayoga could also gain valuable insights from the visit. She added that the activity was expected to foster closer student relationships and generate innovative ideas for organizational development.
This comparative study became a meaningful opportunity for students to learn from real organizational experiences while strengthening teamwork and leadership values.
