Maximizing SNBP Opportunities, MAN 3 Sleman Counselors Provide Intensive Guidance for Eligible Students

Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — The Counseling Unit (BK) of MAN 3 Sleman has been conducting a focused mentoring program for students eligible for the Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP), Indonesia’s achievement-based university admission pathway. The guidance is delivered in stages through scheduled student consultations and small-group mentoring to ensure personalized support.

The program began on January 9, 2026, and continues through Thursday (February 5, 2026), starting with general briefings and readiness sessions for all eligible students. Follow-up guidance is then provided in groups based on class divisions under the supervision of assigned counselors.

Students from classes A, B, C, D, E, and the LBCI program receive guidance from Dr. Failasufah, M.Pd.I. in the Research Room. Meanwhile, students from classes F, G, and H are mentored by Suerlin Setyawati, S.Pd., M.S.I. in the counseling office, while Class R students are guided by Reny Puspitawati, S.Pd. in the Committee Room.

BK Coordinator Failasufah explained that the program is designed to help students make well-informed and realistic choices.

“Through step-by-step mentoring, we want each eligible student to recognize their strengths, understand their opportunities, and choose suitable universities and majors,” she said.

She added that assistance will continue until the SNBP registration period closes, including data verification, finalizing study program choices, and ensuring administrative readiness.

“Our goal is to make students feel confident and fully prepared throughout the SNBP registration process,” she noted.

This mentoring initiative reflects MAN 3 Sleman’s strong commitment to supporting students in securing successful pathways to higher education through the SNBP track. (riz)
