Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) – Exciting news comes from the competitive sports arena of MAN 3 Sleman. Three outstanding students achieved a remarkable feat by securing gold medals after claiming first place at the Sleman Battle Arena Taekwondo Championship for the Regent’s Cup I.

The three athletes competed in the Junior Kyorugi category across different weight divisions. Ahmad Fawwaz Wijaksa (Grade XI G) won first place in the Junior Kyorugi Under 68 kg (Male) category. Muhammad Azzam A (Grade XI B) earned first place in the Under 58 kg (Male) category, while Arshavin Dzaky Satrya (Grade X B) delivered an impressive performance to secure first place in the Under 48 kg (Male) category.

This outstanding achievement at the championship held on Saturday (April 18, 2026) received high praise from the Head of Madrasah, Singgih Sampurno.

“Congratulations on this extraordinary accomplishment. Winning three gold medals in a single event reflects exceptional hard work, discipline, and dedication from both the students and their coaches,” he stated.

He also expressed hope that this success will inspire the students to aim even higher, continuing their achievements at provincial, national, and international levels.
