Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — On Tuesday (March 3, 2026), the post-Dhuhr short sermon (kultum) was once again conducted solemnly at the Muntasyirul Ulum Mosque of MAN 3 Sleman. On this occasion, the sermon was delivered by Grade X G student, M. Bafadhal Danarahza, under the theme “Reviving the Heart through Dhikr and Istighfar.”
In his message, Bafadhal invited the congregation to continuously remember Allah through dhikr (remembrance) and to increase istighfar (seeking forgiveness) in daily life. He emphasized that human beings are never free from mistakes, yet Allah is Most Forgiving to those who sincerely repent.
“Allah is Most Forgiving. No matter how great our sins may be, never despair of His mercy. The key is to return to Allah and increase our istighfar,” he stated.

He also reminded fellow students of the importance of maintaining the five daily prayers as a fundamental obligation of every Muslim. “Never abandon prayer, because prayer is the pillar of religion and the source of inner peace. Through prayer and dhikr, our hearts come alive,” he affirmed.
The sermon was delivered in an orderly and reverent atmosphere. Through this activity, it is hoped that students will be increasingly motivated to uphold their prayers, consistently engage in remembrance of Allah, and continuously strive for self-improvement by seeking His forgiveness at every opportunity.
