Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — MAN 3 Sleman conducted an In-House Training (IHT) session on Friday (February 6, 2026) at the AVA room, focusing on the theme: “Dissemination and Implementation of KMA 1503 of 2025: Teaching with Heart, Educating with Compassion, Inspiring through Meaningful Work within a Love-Based Curriculum.”
The training involved all teachers of MAN 3 Sleman and aimed to strengthen instructional quality while deepening teachers’ understanding of the latest educational regulations. Two speakers were invited for the program: Hj. Anita Isdarmini, S.Pd., M.Hum., Curriculum and Student Affairs Sub-Coordinator at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (DIY), and Nur Wahyudin Al Azis, S.Pd., M.Pd., a madrasah supervisor.

Anita delivered a session on the implementation of KMA 1503 of 2025. She highlighted that a shift in mindset is essential before applying the new regulation. According to her, teachers need to first understand the previous regulation (KMA 450) in order to grasp what has changed, why the changes were made, and the goals behind KMA 1503.
She explained that this understanding lays the foundation for a compassion-based curriculum, where teachers not only apply effective teaching methods but also nurture students with empathy and inspire them through meaningful work.

Meanwhile, Nur Wahyudin Al Azis provided practical guidance on how KMA 1503 can be implemented in daily classroom practices. His session helped teachers align their teaching strategies with the principles of compassionate and heart-centered education.
Through this IHT program, MAN 3 Sleman expects to further enhance teacher competence, ease the transition toward new regulations, and encourage greater innovation and creativity in the learning process. (est)
