Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — Ahead of the Grade XII Madrasah Examination (Ujian Madrasah/UM), MAN 3 Sleman conducted an intensive coordination meeting on Friday (February 27, 2026) at the AVA Room. The meeting was attended by more than 50 teachers, reflecting the school’s strong commitment to ensuring that all technical and administrative preparations for the examination are carried out optimally.
The session was led by Vice Principal for Curriculum Affairs, Nurudin Mahmud, who delivered a comprehensive explanation of the technical guidelines and official procedures for the Madrasah Examination. He emphasized the importance of accuracy and thoroughness in every stage of implementation, including question verification, examination rules for invigilators and students, as well as the distribution and security mechanisms of exam materials. All teachers were urged to fully understand and adhere to the established procedures to ensure the examination runs in an orderly manner and in compliance with regulations.

Also present at the meeting was the Head of MAN 3 Sleman, Singgih Sampurno, who provided direction and motivation to the faculty members. He stressed that the success of the Madrasah Examination is a shared responsibility.
“It requires cooperation, precision, and strong commitment from all committee members and invigilators to ensure that the examination proceeds smoothly, orderly, and produces the best outcomes for our students,” he affirmed.
According to the established schedule, the Madrasah Examination will commence on Monday, March 2, 2026, and will run for eight days. A total of 24 subjects will be tested, with two subjects administered each day.
Through this coordination meeting, the school hopes that all preparations are finalized comprehensively. May the Grade XII Madrasah Examination proceed smoothly, with students granted ease in completing their tests and achieving their best possible results. (est)
