Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — A lively and refreshing atmosphere marked the Mayoga Pesantren Ramadan activities at MAN 3 Sleman on Tuesday (March 4, 2026). From 10:30 to 11:30 AM, all Grade X students participated in an exciting Islamic quiz session that combined learning with fun competition.
The session was led by Chaerunnisa Hikmatuzzahwa and Haniah Aulia Rahmawati. Unlike previous sessions, this activity was designed as an educational game inspired by the “Juara 1” quiz model. In the game, each student wrote their answers on a prepared sheet and raised it immediately upon completion. This format encouraged quick thinking, accuracy, and self-confidence.
The questions covered various topics from Islamic Education (PAI), including foundational aspects of aqidah (creed), worship practices, and broader Islamic knowledge. The competitive yet enjoyable approach created an energetic and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Students showed great enthusiasm throughout the session, eagerly racing to provide the correct answers. Cheers, focused expressions, and a spirit of healthy competition filled the room, making the learning experience both memorable and impactful.
Through this interactive method, students were expected not only to strengthen their cognitive understanding of Islamic studies but also to realize that learning religion can be engaging and enjoyable. The session demonstrated how innovative teaching strategies can boost motivation and active participation.
With the addition of this Islamic Quiz Game, the Mayoga Pesantren Ramadan program further enriched both the spiritual and intellectual experiences of Grade X students at MAN 3 Sleman.
