Sleman (MAN 3 Sleman) — In preparation for the upcoming Madrasah Examination (Ujian Madrasah/UM), Grade XII students of MAN 3 Sleman held a mujahadah and collective prayer session on Thursday (February 26, 2026). The solemn gathering took place at Masjid Muntasyirul Ulum and was accompanied by academic mentors and teachers.
The mujahadah was conducted as a spiritual endeavor, seeking Allah’s guidance, ease, and the best possible outcomes as students prepare for the Madrasah Examination, which is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 2, 2026. Following the congregational Dhuhr prayer, students filled the mosque in an orderly manner, creating a deeply religious and reflective atmosphere.
The collective prayer was led by Zaenal Abidin, caretaker of PP Muntasyirul Ulum. With heartfelt supplications, students bowed their heads in humility, asking for blessed knowledge, peace of mind, and clarity in answering every examination question.
The Head of MAN 3 Sleman, Singgih Sampurno, was also present to provide encouragement and motivation. He urged students to balance outward efforts—through diligent study—with inward efforts—through prayer and trust in Allah SWT. He further emphasized the importance of maintaining honesty, discipline, and self-confidence throughout the examination period.
At the conclusion of the prayer session, students lined up neatly to shake hands with their teachers, symbolizing respect and seeking blessings for success. The warm and familial atmosphere beautifully marked the end of the event, reinforcing the strong spiritual foundation that underpins academic excellence at MAN 3 Sleman. (est)
